 Section 175 - Notice of Violation

175.01 Service. The following officers and employees of the City are hereby empowered to serve a written or printed notice or tag upon persons charged with violations of this Code or any license or permit issued by the City, or to post a notice or tag at the place of violation:

1. Police Chief.
   
2. Building Official.
   
3. Fire Chief.
   
4. Sanitarian.
   
5. Planner.
   
6. Park Director.
   
7. Manager.
   
8. Deputies or agents appointed by or for any of the foregoing.
