Notice of Public Hearings
THE EDINA PLANNING COMMISSION
will meet at the Edina City Hall Council Chambers, 4801 W. 50th
St., on Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at 7 p.m., and will at said time and place
consider the following:
Revised Final Development Plan. Mike
Palm, Rink Properties LLC. 7300 Bush Lake Road, Edina, MN. Generally
located east of Cahill Road and west of Bush Lake Road. Amend the approved
Final Development Plan from a temporary structure to a permanent structure.
Final Development Plan and Final Rezoning.
Crosstown Medical LLC. 4010 65th Street West, Edina, MN.
Generally located south of Crosstown Highway 62, west of France Avenue and
north of 65th Street West. Construct a new medical office
building with supporting parking ramp.
Preliminary Development Plan and Rezoning.
Ebenezer Society. 7500 York Avenue South, Edina, MN. Generally located
east of Edinborough Way, west of York Avenue and north of 76th
Street West. Construct new 4-story assisted living facility on the site.
Conditional Use Permit. Edina Public
Schools. 5701 Normandale Road, Edina, MN. Generally located north of
Southview Lane and west of Concord Avenue. Construct a new maintenance
shed.
Preliminary Plat Approval. Westin
Galleria. 3510 Galleria, Edina, MN. Generally located west of York Avenue,
south of 69th Street West, north of 70th Street West
and east of France Avenue. Establishes lot lines for existing building. No
new building is proposed.
All recommendations and objections will be heard at
said meeting.
