NOTICE OF FILING DATES FOR AFFIDAVITS OF CANDIDACY, EDINA CITY ELECTION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Affidavits of Candidacy for the offices of:

 

MAYOR – Four Year Term beginning January 1, 2011

TWO (2) COUNCIL MEMBERS – Four Year Terms beginning January 1, 2011

 

to be elected at the City Election to be held in the City of Edina on Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2008, may be filed in the office of the City Clerk beginning Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2008 and ending Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2008, at 5 p.m. Filings will be received Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. except for Monday, Sept. 4, 2008, when City Hall will be closed in observance of Labor Day and on Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2008 when filings will close at 5 p.m.
