THE EDINA CITY COUNCIL will meet at the Edina
City Hall Council Chambers, 4801 W. 50th St., on Tuesday, Aug.
19, 2008 at 7 p.m., and will at said time and place consider the following:
Final Development Plan. Timothy R.
Murphy/Murphy Automotive. 5415 70th St. W., Edina, MN.
Generally located south of 70th Street West and east of Cahill
Road. Construct new automotive center.
Final Development Plan and Final Rezoning.
Crosstown Medical LLC. 4010 65th St. W., Edina,
MN. Generally located south of Crosstown Highway 62, west of France Avenue
and north of 65th Street West. Construct new medical office
building with supporting parking ramp.
Preliminary Plat Approval. Westin
Galleria. 3510 Galleria, Edina, MN. Generally located west of York Avenue,
south of 69th Street West, north of 70th Street West
and east of France Avenue. Establish lot lines for building.
All recommendations and objections will be heard at
said meeting.
