The Human Services Coordinator, who serves as staff liaison to the group, takes detailed notes to prepare meeting minutes
for the Human Rights and Relations Commission (HRRC). Minutes do not
become official until approved by the HRRC, usually at its next
meeting. Meeting minutes are posted on the City’s website after they are
approved and become official.
