Private Rentals

Indoor Edinborough Park offers a unique setting for wedding receptions, company parties and other social events on Friday and Saturday evenings. The spacious Great Hall accommodates groups of 150 to 350 people. The Amphitheatre is also available for entertainment and ceremonies. Edinborough Park is a welcome respite from the traditional banquet facility with ample free parking. Private rentals are available during the months of April through October.

Whether it's before, during or after your event, your guests are sure to enjoy all of the amenities that the park has to offer, from the indoor gardens to the intimate Grotto with pond and waterfall.

Facility rental includes the use of any or all of the following items: eight-foot banquet tables, 60-inch round tables, cushioned chairs, pedestals, staging, grand piano, podium, microphones, lattice, kneeler and wedding candelabra.

Edinborough's Great Hall graciously accommodates up to 350 for dinners, receptions and programs. We plan every event individually to our client's specifications. From black tie fundraisers, elegant weddings and receptions to holiday parties, Edinborough Park is the perfect setting.

Edinborough's 250-seat Amphitheatre is professionally outfitted with theater lighting and sound equipment. Full-size theatre-style dressing rooms are also available.

Edinborough Park's romantic accent, the multi-level Grotto is densely landscaped and features meandering pathways, cozy park benches, 1890s styled street lamps and a miniature waterfall cascading into a pond. It's hard to imagine a more exotic setting.

Rental fees are due upon application for function date (inclusive in total rental fee; non-refundable). The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to function date.

Rental of Edinborough Park includes the entire Park with the exception of the swimming pool, Adventure Peak, track and kitchen. Some of these areas can be made available upon request. Limited use of the pool area will be in effect during evening rentals. However, it will not interrupt your special event visually or acoustically.

Because of the popularity of the Play Park, Edinborough Park will no longer rent out the facility for private events effective Nov. 1, 2008. We still have many Fridays available in 2008. Please contact Assistant Manager Susie Miller, 952-832-6783, to confirm your date.
